Get To Know Pauline

Education

I graduated from grade 12 in 1985, managed a tourist lodge for many years in Temagami and decided to pursue another career in Real Estate. I am enjoying the challenge of the market and learning about the community in a whole different way. I would like to pursue my career further in providing my clients with the knowledge of house staging in order to sell their home faster.

Personal Interests

My personnal interest's are abundant! I enjoy so many qualities of life, fishing, hunting, swimming ,snowmobile rides, taking flights in my husband's plane (calm days only please) what a great view of Temagami  from up there! Raising my two beautiful daughters Victoria and Allison along with the help of my husband Rick has been an awesome journey so far! Live, Love, Laugh!

Professional Background

Proud owner of "Wishin' You Were Fishin'" a small tourist lodge on Lake Temagami. My husband and I currently run a  family business with deluxe cottage rentals and fly-in out post cabins. After completing many courses to extend my knowledge to be one of the best sales representative for the Temagami area, I now work at the Century 21 Office downtown Temagami Ontario.

Professional Interests

I am interested in sharing the Temagami area through my tourist lodge " Wishin You Were Fishin" and my Real Estate  with Century 21 Temagami by providing the knowledge for those people who wish to buy or sell their Temagami properties.

I believe that success is not only measured by sales, but also by communicating continually with clients, responding to their individual needs and desires.

Appreciating the special qualities of their property and taking a leadership role in the marketplace.

Personal Background

Although, I was not born and raised in Temagami, we stayed every summer with my grandparents Lou and Marie St. Germain, who then ran the lodge called "Ket-Chun-Eny Lodge". My grandparents needed some help, and so my parents Denis and Pat St. Germain moved our family of 6 from Bay Ridges, ON. in 1970. From then it has been my home, other than moving to the big city in 1985 to work for the Bank of Nova Scotia on Bay and King Street, in down town Toronto. I missed the lake and found myself back in Temagami. My husband(Rick) and I took over the lodge from my parents in the early 90's,selling an then opening a new tourist business in 2007 called "Wishin You Were Fishin" on Lake Temagami. Still loving the business and clients(more like friends) and raising our two daughter's Victoria and Allison, we reside in town of Temagami for the winter months and enjoy the lake living in the summer. The best of both worlds!!

I always love the challenge of something new, real estate and designing has always been in the back of my mind. Joining the Century 21 Team back in 2011 has been a great experience. Look forward to learning and becoming one of the best Sales Representatives in the Temagami area.

Community Involvement

I am a member of the Royal Canadian Legion of the Temagami Branch # 408 and I currently hold the position of Poppy Chair as of June 2011. Involvement with the Ducks Unlimited Chapter of Temagami for the past 11 years, and with lots of help from friends, my husband and I hold a dinner for 100 people, raising money to help in any way possible.
