I just reached a milestone recently.
I made my 75th blood donation at Canadian Blood Services. See my picture showing me relaxing in one of their recliners holding my 75th certificate.

I just received this recipe for a 5 minute microwave chocolate cake and yes I tried it and it does work. I still feel that a cake baked in the conventional oven is the best, but how cool to make and bake a chocolate cake that serves 1 or 2 (depending if you want to share or not) and total time to make and bake is 5 minutes?
