Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation released Friday that September was another exceptionally busy month for home builders in Regina, Saskatoon and many other Saskatchewan cities.
There were 136 housing starts in the metropolitan Regina area in September, which was up a whopping 67.9 per cent from September of last year.

As reported by the Leader Post, the latest data released by Statistics Canada indicates that investment in non-residential construction is way up in Regina and generally up in Saskatchewan. Regina was up by 30.9 per cent and 6 per cent across Saskatchewan in the first quarter of this year compared to the first three months of last year.
