Affordability is the key factor for firt time home buyrs in the Prairies.  Interest rates and low prices are important.  Average sale price in Regina is up 3% from last year.  $200,000 and $225,000 is the busiest price range in Regina.  Broders Annex the most popular area for first time buyers.
