PLEASE do keep the documents that your Management Company/Condo Board are required to send you. I recommend getting a binder specifically for this purpose and filing all documents the day you get them. You MUST have all of these documents to provide to a prospective buyer when you go to sell your condo. Otherwise, when the time comes to arrange all the required paperwork, it will cost you approximately $300 (varies by condo/management company) to obtain them. AND, if you order them on a rush basis (within 3 business days) it will cost you double.
I've just completed CREB's Certified Condominium Specialist course and would be pleased to assist you with any questions you may have about buying or selling condos.
