Have you used Geojet lately?

A new update just released by CREB with the Geojet e-mapping system features MLS Searches, Neighbors search and heat mapping module with the nine different heat map options providing statistics for up to 52 weeks of activity.

Here is a brief summary of the main features of this improved system from the old Geojet:
Starting from the home page, you have "My Geojet" a dashboard showing your saved searches and email reports sent:
Views available are about the same as the old Geojet program, such as Aerial, Birds Eye, and regular plot map:
The multitude of search options are amazing - select from searches by: property, mls number, mailing label, comparable, tax field, and saved searches.  Some search results show MLS activity, tax information, and more.

Tax Searches are useful when preparing a CMA for a property and to pull information for a property new to the MLS:

The School Search is a very useful tool when listing a property because it shows the various types of school districts with proximity to the subject address, as well as the school's information.
Neighbors search is a great way for you to assess the market activity in and around the subject property including active listings, sold listings, and listings that have never been on the market. This new tool gives a whole new definition to being a "nosy neighbor"!!!

Heat Maps - I cannot stress enough how much I love this new heat maps feature. At a glance, you are able to view market statistics for each neighborhood as well as price points based on different views, including median to average lp and sp, active listings, solds, inventory, DOM, and median lp/sp.

The Community Market report is another great resource that provides even more information and statistics. The information is presented in different views including a list of the market activity, map, and several graphs showing different activity types.  Simply amazing!
Comparables and CMA report is a new feature that was added to this update.  With this new feature, you are able to pull up comparable listings based on your subject property, view map, tax information, mls activity, and a printable map with all the information you need to provide a great presentation!
