Cooper's Crossing, Airdrie, AB, Canada

Neighbourhood Information
Cooper's Crossing

At Cooper’s Crossing, schools, major shopping and recreational facilities are all within walking distance. Two existing schools - Saint Martin de Porres High School, for grades 9-12 and Nose Creek Elementary School, for kindergarten to grade 4 - border the community to the north and east. Residents can also walk to neighbouring Sierra Springs on main street, where you’ll find a Wal-Mart supercentre, Home Depot, Co-op, Tim Hortons, several restaurants and more. Nearby Chinook Winds recreation area is very popular, with several baseball diamonds and a soon-to-open splash park and playground, along with a huge skateboard park.

A great community with an abundance of greenspace brings its residents together and encourages them to be active and healthy. An active homeowners’ association organizes several very popular community events throughout the year, such as an enormous garage sale, summer carnival and Christmas toy drive.  For more information on Coopers Crossing go to   http://www.cooperscrossing.ca/

It is hard to believe that January is almost over.    We have had lots of snow and then the mildest day for many years. The real estate market is picking up.  We are getting more calls into the office and more sales are happening. There seems to be a positive buzz out there now.   There are new listings on the market and great choice depending on the price range.  ...
