Fall is one of the best seasons not only to fix the little jobs but weather wise to as its not too hot or cold even if you decide to get professional assistance things can be easily done. Getting your home ready for fall does not have to be difficult as it sounds, if you have a checklist of the all the chores and follow you home will be fall ready to welcome the new weather and guests which come along invited or not...We have compiled a list of must needed fixes just for you stay organised.

  • Get all the gutters checked and if needed clean especially the downspouts.

  • Seal the leaks, gaps and do not forget to insulate all the windows and doors with weather-stripping and caulk.

  • Check the drain, outdoor faucets and irrigation systems and if needed repaired.
