What’s Open & Closed Labour Day Weekend in Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto

With Monday being the Labour Day holiday, there will be a number of closures around the Brampton, Mississauga and Toronto. We've got you covered here's a list of the places to check

BRAMPTON

Open:

Bramalea City Centre (11-6)

 

Close:

- LCBO

- Beer Store

- Government offices

- Banks

- Libraries

- Community Centres

- LCBO

- Beer Store

- Federal Government

- City hall

- No mail delivery

- Garbage and recycling will be collected one day later

 - Transit

- Brampton Transit will operate on a Sunday schedule

- GO Transit will run on a Sunday schedule

-The Peel Art Gallery, Museum and Archives (PAMA) will be closed.

 

MISSISSAUGA 

Open:

- Mississsauga's Square One Shopping Centre is open from 11am to 6pm

- Wal-mart Supercentre will be open at Square One

- Some smaller grocery stores like Rabba grocery stores

- Most Shoppers Drug Marts

- Most restaurants are open but call ahead

- Mississauga Chinese Centre

- Movie theatres

 

Closed:

- All major grocery stores (Metro, Loblaws, T&T and Adonis)

- All Major Malls (except for Square One)

- Heartland and other power centres

- Government offices

- Banks

- Libraries

- Community Centres

- LCBO

- Beer Store

- Federal Government

- City hall

- No mail delivery

- Garbage and recycling will be collected one day later

 - Transit

- Mississauga Transit will operate on a Sunday schedule

- GO Transit will run on a Sunday schedule

TORONTO 

Open:

- Eaton Centre (10am to 6pm)

- Pacific Mall

- The ROM (5.10 am to 5.30pm)

- AGO (10.30-4pm)

- Ontario Science Centre (5.10 am to 5pm)

- Toronto Zoo (9 am to 7 pm)

- Ripley’s Aquarium (9 am to 11 pm)

- Canada’s Wonderland (10am to 8pm)

- CNE 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. (grounds open until 9 p.m.)

- The Eaton Centre (10 am to 6 pm)

 -TTC will operate on Holiday service

-GO Transit operate on Sunday schedule
