Resolutions for the New Year

A new year brings thoughts of new beginnings and desires to organize ones life in a more efficient way. This is a great time to think about what is really important in our life. We all seem to be striving for balance in our lives and somehow don't seem to get it. We realize which areas are lacking in attention but don't always have a strong enough desire to do the work required to get there. Maybe we try to do too much at one time.....maybe we are afraid of actually getting there....maybe we procrastinate too much...maybe we just don't focus on what we really want. This is a great time to sit back and contemplate what we do want in our lives. Take time to let our minds and bodies guide us in the right direction. Be open to try new things. Concentrate on helping others, loving others, and encouraging others this year and maybe we will end up helping ourselves.
