Well we are off again in the Century 21 1946 Ford showing the colours. We travelled to Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast to take part in the 3 day Sleepy Hollow Rod Run & Show 'N Shine. It was great except, I don't think the ReMax office liked the thought of the Century 21 cars invading their territory, but they did cheer and wave ReMax signs as we passed in the Rod Run. They were ready for us on the return run and really yelled and waved, all in good fun.
On Saturday in the Show 'N Shine the Century 21 '46 Ford with an A & W Teddy Bear wearing a Century 21 t-shirt and ball cap was a hit with the adults. The '32 Ford peddle car (with the lights and horn both in working condition) was a hit with the kids.
If you are looking for a retirement home or a summer home, I counted more than 45 listings just on the Fun Run route. With a bit of investigation on Saturday I found you can purchase a nice house on a nice lot with a view in the $400,000 to $500,000 range, Not Bad!!
So I am really glad I was nice to those ReMax associates because, we don't currently have a Century 21 office in the area, so I may need them to co-operate with me in the future. It looks like a great area to invest in.
