2. Find Someone Who Has Time For You: Your REALTOR® should be committed from the get-go and steadfast during the house hunting process. He or she should be available to have important conversations during the house hunting process. He or she should give you their full attention when looking for homes. Find someone who gives you the same respect that you deserve, regardless of your price range. 

3. Find Someone Who Has Integrity: REALTORS® get paid when the sale is finalized and you take possession of your new home. Therefore their incentive is to get you in a house as soon as possible. This kind of pressure to sell can cause some REALTORS® to engage in unethical business practices. It is very important to find an honest and trustworthy REALTOR® with a good reputation, so that you know the biggest purchase of your life is in best hands.
