I transitioned to real estate as a full-time profession in 2011 and find that my skills developed over 18 years in negotiation, facilitation, and customer service are as important now as they were earlier in my career as a project director in the advertising and marketing industry. 

 

I am people-oriented with an uncompromising sense of business ethics, personal integrity, and professionalism in everything I undertake. I have built my business around the formation of meaningful relationships with my clients as they embark upon one of the most important financial transactions of their life. 

 

I work hard to make the real estate transaction a positive experience that leads to an exciting beginning in your new home. I want each of my clients to feel I have listened and acted in the best manner possible on their behalf and that their interests were always my top priority.  The majority of my business is generated from client referrals, I truly strive to build long-term relationships, clients for life!

My Role in your Real Estate Transaction

Tactician The Windsor Essex County Real Estate market has some complex and dynamic happenings effecting the home buyer or seller and I follow closely in order to guide my clients on their important purchase decisions, and strategize with home sellers on how to maximize their sales price.

Communicator I will take the time from the start of our relationship to listen and understanding your priorities and what your desired outcome is. What’s important to you is important to me.

Negotiator I view every purchase or sale as if I was the Buyer or Seller.  Negotiating on behalf of my clients in order to achieve their objectives, saving money on purchases and getting the most return when selling is my priority.

Project Manager There are a fair amount of steps to complete a real estate transaction, often involving numerous people which can include a wide variety of contacts,  mine and yours, who are all involved in various aspects of the purchase/sale.  My exceptional organizational and communications skills save you time, money and headache. I am always available and willing to share every aspect of this process so you feel confident your interests are being taken care of.
