  • If as a buyer, you are not satisfied and decide to sell your new home within the first year, I will not charge any listing fee for my services! (Co-operating brokerage fees still apply for the buyer agent)



About me

My wealth of knowledge in real estate as an agent and serious investor is uniquely enhanced by my many years as a manager in the service industry, understanding the importance of putting my client's needs above all else. Professional Background

During my university years I held various sales related jobs, both part-time and during the summers.

Thereafter I worked for 11 years in the financial services industry, working my way up to a management position.  In this role, I realized the importance of placing my clients interests above all and working diligently to fulfill their every request. 

This mindset has served me well in my current field and I feel is one of the most important characteristics of a successful realtor.


Personal Background

I was born in Toronto, but my early childhood was in Aurora (just north of the city).  We then moved to Markham, and I have lived here ever since.  Most of my extended family lives here as well.

I am a family oriented man, married with two young children (a girl and a boy).  For me there has been no greater pleasure than parenthood.
