Once again it is scorching summer and temperatures in Toronto are hovering in late 20's degree celsius. As the temperatures are rising real estate sales are also rising . Listings are fewer as compared to last year for this time of year. Hence it is still the seller's market. In summer, outdoor activities increase manyfold - including jogging , visiting parks and outdoor sports activities and of course barbecues. It is fine to have these summer activities which improve your health and well being but you must remember to be careful of over doing it and exhausting yourself. So it is a sound advice that do these activities up to your tolerence limit . Do not exhaust your self. Also use sunscreen for your skin protection and take enough fluid to keep yourself rehydrated.
