Being a real estate broker allows me to help people at different stages of their lives: young couples just starting out and looking for their first condo, growing families in search of a bigger home, empty nesters who have decided it's time to move into a condo and seniors contemplating their next move, whether to a condo or to a retirement home. In Montreal, there is an aging population and many seniors have children who have moved away. When the decision is made to sell a property, out-of-towners will often entrust me with the sale of their parents' property. They know they can rely on me to get job done tactfully and efficiently. I take care of every detail from ordering the certificate of location, to accompanying the vendors to the notary, while keeping the children up to date on everything that is happening, providing peace of mind to everyone involved. I joined the family business at 17. We had a non-woven textile plant in Ville St-Laurent. After work, I would go to Vanier College for night classes. It made for some very long and tiring days but it taught me a great deal of discipline.
I did that for about 7 years, graduating from McGill University in 1995. In the business, I started as a receptionist and then gradually took on more challenging positions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources. After a few years I started sourcing for raw materials and negotiating with local and overseas suppliers. Later on I switched to sales and marketing. During those years I acquired some invaluable skills: organization, negotiation and perseverence. The various jobs also helped improve my analytical skills and taught me to be meticulous about details. I learned a lot about the business world and about working hard in order to achieve your goals.
From an early age, I developped a very strong work ethic: integrity and dedication have always played an important role in my life and I am only satisfied when I know that I've given 100 percent. I try to apply this philosophy to everything I do.

As a homeowner myself, I understand that buying or selling a property can be an emotional and stressful experience. I can help you see things in an objective manner and guide you through the process. Real estate has been a big part of my life ever since I was a little girl.
I grew up in a home where my father and brothers were very handy. A couple of years after we immigrated to Canada, my parents purchased a duplex on De LaPeltrie street. It was a "fixer-upper". We renovated it and after a few years, sold it for a little profit. From then on, we picked up a few investment properties and the rest, as they say, is history.
From my personal experience, real estate has always been a sound investment and I enjoy helping others achieve their own real estate goals. When it's time to sell your property, as a licensed real estate broker I will use my expertise to get you TOP DOLLAR for your investment.
