He attained his real estate Broker's Licence in 1980, and, then, started his own real estate company. He specializes in residential and commercial real estate sales, and, currently, is a member of the Commercial Division of the Toronto Real Estate Board.
Although Randy relies on residential real estate as his primary focus, his abilities, also, allow him ease in dealing with farm, land and industrial sales.
Randy began his real estate career in 1979, and over time has gained experience that has proved invaluable to his clients. He has owned and operated his own real estate brokerage, all the while becoming one of the most respected and knowledgeable agents in York Region. His daughter, Erin, is his greatest supporter.
Prior to real estate, Randy was a Teaching Master at George Brown College for 6 years. There he taught Economics, Marketing and Business Management.
His family and biking are his favourite Interests. The Don Valley Trail and the trails of the Greater Toronto Area are a must for regular peace of mind and physical activity. Randy, often, films his bicycle rides with his friends with a helmet cam, and uploads the segments on the internet.
Randy obtained his General Arts Degree and a Master of Business Degree from the University of Toronto. He specialized in Marketing, Economics and Business Management. He is an alumnus of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity at U. of T.

Randy served two terms on the Committee of Adjustment for the Town of Richmond Hill, and was active in decisions regarding various by-laws and zoning requirements.
He, also, served on the Consumer Advisory Panel for Canada Post.
