My name is Randy and I am a Realtor in Vernon BC. I love living in this playground and want to help people find the right place for their lifestyle. I understand that where you live is as personal as your lifestyle, so I am trying to change the big picture and bring all the new and existing properties to you in a clean easy to evaluate presentation.
What Makes Me Different? My work background is in new resort/residential real estate sales and marketing. My network and knowledge base is very extensive in the resort real estate industry and since Southern BC is one big resort after another I have a very good idea of what options exist. I know how to get the right information and being a realtor I can find anything. So I want to use my knowledge to help you find the right spot!
Here's what I do...I interview you, "my client", so I can leave with a clear understanding of who you are and what you are looking for. I research potential areas throughout BC that fit your requirements. I then return to you with a short list of areas and properties that fit your requests. The whole process is fun, streamlined and I cover new along with existing properties.
Education
Graduated from Saint Mary's University in Halifax NS with a degree in Psychology and a minor in business.
Attended George Brown College for Business Marketing.

My back ground is in the Sales and Marketing of Hi-end Resort/Residential Real Estate. I have worked with Developers, Sales & Marketing Firms along with Creative Companies. I been involved with the sale of lake front properties, Ski Chalets, acreages/hobby farms, new view lots and much more. I can help projects with pre-sales, selection events and tempo release programs.
Developers feel free to discuss pre-sale, launch and tempo campaign strategies. I work tightly with some of the best creative teams in the area and know how to create an effective marketing program with budget that leads into the sales process... the best projects have a distinct theme and personality that Owners adopt. Plan before you sell!!
By working along side Resort Marketing Departments I have gained an understanding of rental programs and resort promotion which can help when planning how each project will be managed.
Professional Background
I have a degree from Saint Mary's University in Psychology, with a minor in Business and Marketing. I come from the Resort/Residential Real Estate Sales and Marketing background.
Started as a Marketing Coordinator then Manager with Developers and outsourced Sales and Marketing Groups. Built and created several new marketing and sales programs from scratch. I have experience with selection events and can run launch and tempo programs from start to finish.
I had the chance to freelance with a creative company out of Kelowna and worked on new campaigns for their real estate clientele.
As I finished one project, another quickly came along and I became a bare lot sales associate at an Okanagan Lakeside Resort. From here the move into new homes sales was unavoidable and this also completed the circle of new development for me.
Obtaining my Realtors licence was a great accomplishment and gave me the opportunity to offer a whole spectrum of services to my clientele.

My focus is finding the right place for my buyers and to use my knowledge and experience to help with every type of opportunity. I am proud to say that I surround myself with very good people which helps me get the best answers back to my clients.
Helping Sellers
With Sellers, I understand the market, web exposure and know how to get your property noticed. I work with you and listen to your wants and needs. I am not pushy and help you with your situation... I treat people the way I like to be treated and always strive for success.
If you own a development I have experience with new properties, land/lots and new homes. I am one of few realtors who can create and manage your marketing efforts and sign the final contracts. I have several release techniques to consider and can explain what option would be best for your project.
Personal Interests
My passion is for winter sports and can be found ripping through deep powder fields at one of the many resorts in southern BC. I enjoy playing (but mostly watching) hockey and football.
My summer fun includes road trips to cool BC destinations, or going for a run and jumping into one of our lake's to cool down. When possible I try to sneak away to play a round of golf on one of these amazing courses but summer is busy work time for me.
