As a CENTURY 21® Real Estate professional, I am dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service possible. Let my Energy and Enthusiasm work for you! Home buying or selling can be a stressful process, please allow me to take the anxiety and worry away. I will make this a memorable experience that you will enjoy, knowing your best interests were taken care of.
Since joining the Century 21 family in 2010, I have had the pleasure of working with a lot of wonderful people. The rewards have been plenty. Not much compares to seeing the smile on a clients face when they have successfully purchased their first home, or the relief a homeowner feels when they have sold their home and can now move on to the next chapter in their lives.
Are you ready to write your next chapter? I would love to be a part of it, call me today and we can put the wheels in motion to get you started.
I am a Real Estate Professional committed to providing you with the best possible experience during the transaction process. I will provide you with accurate information and intelligent options to empower you to achieve your desired goal.
My goal is to build a long term relationship with you that is based on mutual loyalty, and respect. My success is only measured by repeat business that I receive from you, and from your referrals to your friends and family.
Family and Friends are what make my world turn. I have two adult children. I spend my spare time in the summer swatting mosquitoes and avoiding construction throughout the city, in the winter you will find me shovelling snow. I also enjoy playing baseball, curling, golfing, bike riding, reading and of course, connecting with my friends and family. And to those who know me, it is no secret that I am extremely happy to have the Winnipeg Jets back.
Other hobbies? I can probably tell you a story or two about the "do it yourself" home renovations. Ask me to share with you what I have learned. The most important thing to learn as a "do it yourself'er" is at what point in time it is necessary to bring in the professionals. DIY televisions shows make it look so easy, don't they?!?!?!
Century21 is a proud supporter of the Easter Seals - Kids to Camp program and I am extremely proud to say that I am as well. For every Real Estate transaction that I complete, I personally make a donation to this program!
In August 2011, I participated in the Easter Seals Drop Zone in Winnipeg. This is where I rappelled 17 stories down the (outside) Royal Bank building in downtown Winnipeg. I am very proud to say that I raised just shy of $3000 for this event. Together with 4 other REALTORs from Century21Carrie.com, we raised over $10,000!!! It was an experience of a lifetime, and I am so grateful to be a part of. Check out our team picture with the Century 21 Bear!
I truly believe that giving back to your community is important. One of the easiest ways to show gratitude for the things you have is by sitting on boards and committees. I am on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Parents For French - Manitoba, as well as a proud member of the Southdale Business Association.
I once heard a speaker use the following phrase and it has really stuck with me over time. "If not me, then who... If not now, then when..." ~ author unknown ~
