Energy and Enthusiasm
The reason I am a real estate agent is because I love what I do. I am willing to put the time, effort and energy into constantly getting better, smarter and more knowledgeable. I can think of nothing I would rather do in my life.
Since joining the Century 21 family, I have had the pleasure of working with a lot of wonderful people. The rewards have been plenty. Not much compares to seeing the smile on a clients face when they have successfully purchased their first home, or the relief a homeowner feels when they have sold their home and can now move on to the next chapter in their lives.
Home buying or selling can be a stressful process, please allow me to take the anxiety and worry away. I will make this a memorable experience that you will enjoy, knowing your best interests were taken care of.
Are you ready to write your next chapter? I would love to be a part of it, call me today and we can put the wheels in motion to get you started.
What's in it for you?
I am a Real Estate Professional committed to providing you with the best possible experience during the transaction process. I will provide you with accurate information and intelligent options to empower you to achieve your desired goal.
My goal is to build a long term relationship with you that is based on mutual loyalty, and respect. My success is only measured by repeat business that I receive from you, and from your referrals to your friends and family.
Family and Friends are what make my world turn. I have two adult children. I spend my spare time in the summer swatting mosquitoes and avoiding construction throughout the city, in the winter you will find me shoveling snow. I also enjoy playing baseball, curling, golfing, bike riding, reading and of course, connecting with my friends and family. I am an avid fan of the Winnipeg Jets.
Other hobbies? I can probably tell you a story or two about the "do it yourself" home renovations. Ask me to share with you what I have learned. The most important thing to learn is at what point in time it is necessary to bring in the professionals. DIY televisions shows make it look so easy, don't they?!?!?!
Proud to Support OUR Community
Century21 is a proud supporter of the Easter Seals - Kids to Camp program and I am extremely proud to say that I am as well. For every Real Estate transaction that I complete, I personally make a donation to this program!
I have participated in the Easter Seals Drop Zone in Winnipeg. This is where I rappelled 17 stories down the (outside) Royal Bank building in downtown Winnipeg. I am very proud to say that I raised just shy of $3000 for this event. It was an experience of a lifetime, and I am so grateful to be a part of. Check out our team picture with the Century 21 Bear!
I truly believe that giving back to your community is important. One of the easiest ways to show gratitude for the things you have is by sitting on boards and committees. I am currently serving as the President for Canadian Parents For French - Manitoba. I am also very active in our local Real Estate Board having served on the Real Estate News, Public Relations, Education and Investigative committees. I also serve on the board of directors for the Winnipeg REALTORS Association.
I once heard a speaker use the following phrase and it has really stuck with me over time. "If not me, then who... If not now, then when..." ~ author unknown ~
