HERE'S TO 2013!

The call of the loon as well as an excellent selection of available properties (and a few bargains) brought Canadians back to the lake in numbers not seen since 2008.
7 out of 10 cottage Buyers are coming from Manitoba where low interest rates combined with a highly stable economy and low unemployment create a positive outlook.  Further optimism has been forged with the return of the NHL Jets, a new football stadium, a new airport, the arrival of IKEA and the soon-to-be-completed Human Rights Museum.
2 out of 10 cottage Buyers are coming from Western Canada where economic growth in Saskatchewan is expected to exceed the national average in 2013.  Strong consumer confidence led by job and income growth fuel a vibrant economic outlook for Alberta in 2013.

Best Wishes for a Healthy and Happy New Year!
