Get out and enjoy the outdoors. The Winter Carnival starts this weekend with all types of activities to watch or better yet participate in. From Fireworks, Great Canoe Race, Hockey at the Rec-Centre, Snow Sculpture Contest, Poker Derby for Snowmobilers, Farmer's Market at Discovery Centre, Ice fishing for Kids on Rabbit Lake plus numerous events at the Whitecap Pavillion.
