With temperatures in the minus 30 range winter is definitely here. The up side is the ice roads are are in great shape.

Neighbourhood Rink

Every year the home owners on Shauna Crescent get together and build an out door rink in the center of the neighbourhood. I Its a great place for families to spend some time enjoying the outdoors close to home.

Thanks to all the hardworking volunteers that make this possible every year.

Festival of trees a huge success

Congatulation to the organizers and all that contributed to the success of this years Festival. $35000 was raised for great cause, the Lake of the Woods community foundation! Not only is it a great fundraiser but it has also become a great social event for the entire community.
