The call of the loon as well as an excellent selection of available properties (and a few bargains) brought Canadians back to the lake in numbers not seen since 2008.
7 out of 10 cottage Buyers are coming from Manitoba where low interest rates combined with a highly stable economy and low unemployment create a positive outlook.
