With his large family Richard enjoys Biking, Hiking,Golfing and all types of skiing, all within minutes of home, enabling Richard to enjoy all the benefits this area has to offer.
Professional Background
Richard has extensive education in the Real Estate profession including a business Administration Diploma,Degrees in Urban land Economics with both Appraisal and Management Majors and obtained his Real Estate License from UBC in 1988.
With his wife Mary, he opened the very successful Century21 office in Trail in 1994 and the Rossland office in 1999. Richards focus is providing the Century21 team with forward thinking approaches to ensure goals are met. His expertise in Red Mountain properties has led to many projects being sold out ,striving always to provide optimum service.
Professional Interests
Richard has been active with the local Chamber of Commerce and was on the board of directors from 2002-2005 with the Rossland Chamber, he is currently an area director working to update the official community plan for area A. Richard has worked with many fund raising events in and around our area and is currently actively involved through his company raising funds for the Trail Regional Hospital Foundation.
