Richard has been in sales for over 25 years with 12 years in retail sales, 8 years in distribution sales and 7 years as a Real Estate professional. He was a young manager at the age of 23 for a large well known shoe store chain in Toronto. His achievements in the retail sector were mananging a widely popular clearance store with sales producing over $2,000,000.00 annually. He then worked for a large Floor and Wall fashions distributor in warehouse management and inside sales. This valuable experience has led him to a succesful and dynamic career in Real Estate. He achieved his Broker's license in 2008 and is always continuing his education within his field.
