All purchasers should consider having any home you are thinking of buying inspected by a certified, professional home inspector. The home inspector's role is to inform you on the condition of the property. an inspector will inform you if something is not functioning properly, or is unsafe. Every inspection should include an evaluation of the following :

Any out buildings, including garage
The lot, drainage, slopes and vegetation
Overall opinion of structural integrity

And other areas the inspector deems suitable for the property being inspected.
