The Home Inspector
All purchasers should consider having any home you are thinking of buying inspected by a certified, professional home inspector. The home inspector's role is to inform you on the condition of the property. an inspector will inform you if something is not functioning properly, or is unsafe. They will also inform you of any repairs that may be needed.
Every inspection should include an evaluation of the following :
Foundation
Doors and windows
Roof and exterior walls
Attics
Plumbing and electrical systems
Heating and air conditioning
Ceiling,walls and floors
Insulation
Ventilation
Septic tanks, wells and sewer lines
Any out buildings, including garage
The lot, drainage, slopes and vegetation
Overall opinion of structural integrity
Common areas, in a condominium
And other ares the inspector deems suitable for the property being inspected.
