Professional Background

As a Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver Medallion Club Member, Rick and his team pride themselves in their customer service and he stresses getting in touch with each and every potential customer and client within 5 minutes of an inquiry.
 
Rick Clarke started his real estate career working in Mission and Abbotsford in February of 2008. He worked as a part time realtor at that time and decided to make real estate a full time career in the summer of 2009. Rick quickly rose to top level achievements when he grasped the concept of the power of the internet and fast became by end of 2010 one of the top producing realtors in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board earning Medallion Member status in his first full year of real estate selling 36 homes in the Greater Vancouver areas of Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, and Tsawwassen along with various parts of the Fraser Valley including Mission, AbbotsfordLangley, Surrey, and North Delta. In 2011, his second full year of real estate. Rick formed a team to enable him to focus his valuable services in areas West of the Port Mann Bridge, while still allowing exceptional services to valued clients whom reside in the Fraser Valley. He individually, in 2011 sold again 36 homes with his team selling 75 homes to earn his 2nd year in a row of Medallion status. In 2012 Rick earned his 3rd year Medallion Club status individually selling 43 homes which put him in the Top 2% of all realtors. With 2013 now been and gone, Rick has once again earned Medallion Club status for the 4th consecutive year.

Personal Background

First and most importantly, Rick is the proud father of a 18 year old girl. Rick was born and raised in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia and currently resides in Downtown Vancouver. Rick has spent many years being a prominant member of the sporting community through hockey and baseball and has gained many close friends and acquaintances who also from time to time rely on his valuable expertise as a Realtor . Rick loves the city he lives in and feels it is a privilege to help home buyers and sellers realize their dreams here in the most beautiful city in the world. Rick feels that he has made the best choice in his life with a career choice to be a Realtor.
