CENTURY 21 Offord Realty Ltd has been serving the real estate needs of its clients and customers in the Georgian Triangle for over 30 years. In order to serve our clients we have offices in two locations. Our main office is located at 72 Hurontario Street in Collingwood on the corner of Second and Hurontario Streets. Our second location is in Thornbury at 1 Bruce Street North.

Our team starts with Rick Offord, Broker of Record and Owner of CENTURY 21 Offord Realty Ltd. for over the past 30 years. Our administrative team consists of 7 talented ladies who manage all transactions, book appointments, do the accounting and handle many other details everyday.

Currently we have 36 people on our sales team with combined real estate experience well in excess of 300 years! As a group we participate in Big Brother / Big Sister Bowl for Kids, 12 Hour Relay for Life for Cancer, Adopt a Road, and we BBQ at the Collingwood Santa Claus parade to fund raise for Easter Seals.

Thornbury - Clarksburg Rotary Club

I have been a member of the Thornbury - Clarksburg Rotary Club for 30+ years, as a past president and a youth exchange officer for the International Rotary Exchange program. My wife Roberta and I have hosted over 20 students from around the world.

My new passion in Rotary is being a roving ambassador for Rotary District 6330 for the Shelter Box program. To learn more about this program, click on the link here - Shelter Box Canada
