Professional Background
I originally started my real estate career in September of 1982. What an interesting time, interest rates for mortgages were 20%!, a long way from todays 3.5%. With 3 young children Real Estate was the perfect job for me. After a successful 11 year career with Canada Trust Realtor I decided to make a change. I went back to school to learn all about a new phenomenon, Personal Computers.
During this time I moved over to the banking side of Canada Trust, working in a new area 'called Canada Trust Easyline'. Telephone banking, new and one of the fastest growing enterprises in the country. What an experience that was . Through all of the trials and tribulations of Y2K , then the most exciting time, the merger of TD and Canada Trust. During that time I moved over to the Learning and Development area, participating in the training of all of the Canada Trust call center staff. I then transitioned to becoming the manager of the training delivery area of the Call Center's across Canada. Over the years I had wonderful opportunities to travel and I loved going to work each day. In 2008 my position was moved so I decided to take my package and go back to the Real Estate world.
Some things have changed dramatically over the years, with the move from personal computers to the internet and yet other things remain the same, CUSTOMER SERVICE! Having helped create and deliver customer service training for one of the largest banks in the country to phone staff and managers alike I continue to make it my priority in my role as a Real Estate Sales Representative.

Personal Background
I have lived in the London area all of my life. Growing up just outside of London in Lambeth, then moving to the south end of town. I raised 3 children living in the Glen Cairn area and now I am Grandma O to 4 wonderful boys. I now live in Old South and love it.

Personal Interests
I love to golf! I took up the sport about 5 years ago and just can't get enough, I even like to watch it on TV. I won"t say that I'm a great golfer but I can keep up with the majority. I belong to one of the city's largest ladies league and love to get out there.
I like playing billiards, horseshoes, working out, love the beach and the sunsets on Lake Huron are the best in the world. I usually always have some kind of home renovation going on, I learned a lot from my father, Marty Bouwman "jack of all trades, master of none."
