Professional Background

Whether you are considering selling potentially your largest asset, buying, downsizing, investing or gifting property, please call, email or text me.  I would value the opportunity to talk and to meet with you.

I have managed successful careers in both sales and in business development, primarily because I live by "The Golden Rule", and I value honesty, integrity, hard work and hustle for my clients.  I have worked in the fields of Banking (Financial Advisor and Business Banking Manager), Investor Relations (Sales), Finance (Sales and Business Development) and Healthcare (Group Counselor/Trainer/Educator).

My career in Banking and Finance provided me with a solid foundation in working with financial and data analysis, as well as balancing risk with an overall perspective on wealth management and financial growth.  I have worked directly and indirectly in Real Estate for over 25 years, as a Financial Advisor approving mortgages and loans while working with clients to meet various financial goals, including providing balanced investment advice.  As a Business Banking Manager, I have worked with commercial clients with annual revenues ranging from $100,000 to $50,000,000, helping to secure financing both in terms of commercial mortgages as well as with business and capital loans.

Real Estate is about analysis and understanding the difference between emotion, 'gut feel' and most importantly, raw, hard facts and figures.  I can help you to mitigate emotions you may have as: 1). a Homeowner looking to maximize profit of the sale of your home; 2). a Buyer looking for the right fit and budget; and, 3). an Investor to look for value, cash flow and substance.  I routinely analyze data in terms of local, national and international market trends, forecasting, economic policy, domestic and international influences and follow Real Estate industry news closely.

Personal Background

I was born and raised in Oakville, and maintain a strong network of colleagues, associates, friends (and family!) in the local area.  I have intimate knowledge of the local markets and neighbourhoods, having lived and worked in Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Mississauga, Hamilton and Toronto.

I can provide you with the names of local services to meet your needs (lawyers, bankers, mortgage professionals, contractors, and more...) so do not hesitate to ask!
