4th Quarter Home Sales up Dramatically in Georgian Triangle in 2011

Q4 unit sales were up 16.3% and total $ volume up 12.5% compared to the same quarter last year. Most notable increased were 21.2% in homes sold between $250K-$499K and a 14.8% increase in homes priced under $250K. See the entire report here.
