November Home Sales in the Georgian Triangle up Slightly over Last Year

Total Sales Volume for re-sale homes was up 0.3% over the same month last year.  The big category winners were properties between $350K - $500K (up 11.6%) and properties over $1 Million (up 16%).  Read the entire report here.
