Parade begins at 4:00 p.m. sharp
Enjoy colourful floats, dancers, entertainers and much more.
Children can paint their faces, dress up, decorate their bikes or wagons and join the parade.

National Anthem & Flag Raising Ceremony- 4:30 pm
Opening ceremonies and singing of O'Canada and greetings from Mayor and Dignitaries.
Begins at 4:30 pm sharp
Location: Milne Dam Conservation Park (East side of McCowan Road, south of Highway 7)
Live Entertainment, Food & Displays - 3:00pm - 10:00pm
The stage will come alive with hours of live entertainment representing the very best of Markham.
Fireworks at Dusk - approximately at 10:00 pm
Celebrate Canada's birthday with a dazzling display of light, colour and sound! Look up to the east and watch in wonder as Markham's sky is alight with a magnificent display of fire and colour!
