Interest Rates Down Again?

So AIG is struggling and the bank is lowering interest rates again.  This is GREAT news for buyers assuming of course the banks will pass this along to us, the consumers.  Expectations is that they will pass it along but also raise the intereste differential from 0.8% to 1.0% which will make the rate drop only a 0.3% decrease.

I hope you went out and got the pre-approved mortgage as recommended to lock in the 0.8% rate differential.
