Real estate is an ever changing industry that requires constant education to keep on top of all the new legislations affecting home buyers and sellers, the economy shifts as well as renting, investments and geography. I'm an avid student and love learning and passing on the value of that learning to clients and collegues.

I love working with referrals. First time home buyers are always exciting as there is so much education and information that is shared and being able to assist them in their first purchase is very rewarding.
Move ups, or folks who are selling with the intention of buying a home more suitable to their needs is a great challenge that I thoroughly enjoy. Building a relationship and getting their home sold for top dollar and then shifting gears to get the 'perfect' home below budget is a different skill set, one I excel at.
