   I have held a Real Estate Brokers License for over 45 years and as the "Broker" for our company I realize that professional service and accessability are two words that best describe Century 21 A.B.C. Realty Ltd. Since 1972 the company has been offering "hands-on" support and service to realtors, homeowners and homebuyers.

   With the 2010's come greater challenges from a larger and more informed consumer public. Centur 21 A.B.C. Realty has anticipated the needs of the consumer and has taken a large step toward providing continued professional and accessable service well into the next decade.

   Century 21 A.B.C. Realty has officially opened it's new offices at 250 Baker Drive (Russell Lake West) Dartmouth and 364 Bedford Highway in Halifax on 1 January 2010.

   Our new offices are innovative and offer a novel approach to the Real Estate business in Atlantic Canada. The combination of the "Real Estate Information Center" and the attractive central office locations provide both realtors and consumers with a non-pressured environment to promote sellers listings and encourage casual inquiries while affording a greater measure of privacy when required. The "Real Estate Information Centers" follow a modern design making them very accessablle and approachable at any time. Equipped with the latest marketing tools and management support systems, the Century21 A.B.C. environment works especially well for our realtors, home buyers and home sellers.

   Our up to date technology and computer programs provide full harmony between our offices and the Multiple Listing System of the Halifax/Dartmouth Real Estate Board where very innovative changes are taking place.

With a large number of realtors and room for more, this independently owned and operated office is home to some of the area's consistently successful realtors. Our emphasis is on a high degree of training and on consultative selling where the consumers individual goals are the main focus.
