Greetings and Welcome
As a Realtor, I am proud to be a part of the CENTURY 21® Real Estate Family and this Award-Winning Platform. As a professional with over thirty-five years of management and sales experience, I am dedicated to providing the highest quality service possible.
I know the local market and keep abreast of trends and projects that impact on the business of real estate here and beyond and take seriously the power of the CENTURY 21 brand - the most recognized name in Real Estate today.
I have been fortunate to have been born and raised in one of Canada's most beautiful locations, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. The Island has something for everyone. Abundant natural surroundings, rich in culture and history and a place where you can still choose to leave your doors unlocked at night.
There are some terrific opportunities. After 50 years of youth migration, the area needs new blood. One catch--You will need to act soon as many others are discovering the Masterpiece-- prices are falling. Whether interested in buying, selling, or investing, let me help.

Personal Background
Bob divides his time inbetween Sydney and Ingonish on the Famed Cabot Trail. He is from a large family that operate several businesses in the area. For six years, he and staff has been serving up popular home-made burgers and fries at his eatery on Ingonish Beach, where you will generally find him the summertime in-between appointments and showings.
The Beinn Mara Beach-side (Gaelic for mountains and ocean) is located on one of Atlantic Canada's top beaches offering both ocean and fresh-water swimming (supervised), tennis, hiking and more. The business has received honourable mention in the March 2008 Edition of Budget Travel Magazine and its online version as a place to stop.
As a sidebar, the Northeastern and Western part of Cape Breton Island offers terrific swimming. This part of the Island benefits from the warmer waters of the Gulf Stream, which see ocean water rise in midsummer to over 70 degrees. And then there are lakes, rivers and waterfalls.
Bob also devotes considerable time in support of community economic development causes and he has been a long-distance runner for 36 years.
Education
Bob holds a Degree in Business Administration from Ft. Francis Xavier University, Antigonish, NS.
