Well here we are Happy New Year, 2014 has finally arrived and 2013 is behind us. Well December finished off as a busy month in Bradford West Gwillimbury for the resale market. Here are the stats for the past month.

After a busy month 39 resale homes sold in the month of December, most sold before the Christmas holiday. That's 2 more than last months 37 that sold. We have been light on the inventory of Town's and Semi's for the past couple of months keeping the number that sold low. The average price of homes sold this month was $434,059.00, which is 3.9% higher than November's $417,722.00. Monthly fluctuations are not the best indicator of the true year over year market increase, since the types and styles of homes are different.
