I am fully certified and have been doing inspections for over 5 years now. My advantage in the industry is my building knowledge. My background is technical in nature but I've built several homes and remodeled/refurbished several homes including some very hi-end ones. So I can give some very "concrete" information with pricing on all almost every aspect of the home. I have seen almost every deficency there is to see and am able to give good and proper advice on almost any deficency. All though some agents don't like it,  especially the listing agent, I am very thorough. I represent the buyer, that's who hired me, and they get they best inspection there is to get.
