It never ceases to impress me how powerful the month of August is.
The weather is absolutely incredible, sunny dry and breezy. Everyone is strolling around with a big smile. I can't imagine a nicer place to be and happier people to work with.

The 2011 spring months sales action have been above average in volume and unit sales for Winnipeg Realtors Association and forecasts are becoming a tad bit jumbled.
On one hand charter banks are stating a downturn is imminent while those on the street are being run off their feet.
Further to the charter banks comments I would say this is an old tune they sing and have been singing ...

The book "Sociable!" by Shane Gibson and Stephen Jagger is the gospel to understanding the new wave of communication - social media. While things like tweeting, "hash tags", facebook and Yammer etc have been somewhat foreign to my generation or at least to me their explanation is clear, simple and now very applicable in my mind.
