Welcome to my site
My name is Ron Deininger. As a CENTURY 21® Real Estate professional, I am dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service possible. My personal knowledge of the local Real Estate market is combined with the power of the CENTURY 21 brand - the most recognized name in Real Estate today.
Today's world is all about technology. Let me show you how this technology can make a difference for you in the selling or buying of your home. With this method you can target many markets and get the maximum exposure that you would need to sell, and at the same time, find the home that you really want. When you are making major decisions you should not have to settle for any less then what you really want. That is why I will use every resource available to make this happen for you.
Let me assist you in finding your dream home, in a neighbourhood that is right for you, and in the price range you want. Or if you are interested in selling a property, I also have the expertise to help you get the fastest sale possible and at the best price.
I look forward to the opportunity of working with you.

I understand how stressful it can be having to relocate, especially when you are not familiar with the area that you are moving to. I have spent many years in the GTA and Durham region. Living there has allowed me to familiarise myself with the different neighborhoods. Allow me to assist you in finding the right neighborhood for you and your family needs.

I have spent over 30 years in the automotive refinishing business. Here I was able to make car owners dreams come true. As in Real Estate, I had to understand what it was that my client had pictured in their mind.
How I was able to understand my clients:
- listen to what they are saying
- knowing what they want or expect
- treat them with respect
- keeping things within their budget
- understanding each other
- communicating in a manner they can understand
- maintain time frames
- discuss ways to meet their goals
- the use of technology and tools
- keeping them informed
- making the experience enjoyable, not stressful
- treat it like it was my own
- be available when needed
I found that it was no different then how i would want to be treated.

For many years I volunteered to help young goalies in hockey. I enjoyed handing down the knowledge that I gained being a goalie myself for over 20 years. Hopefully I will be able to continue this since I moved to the Kawarthas.
For most of my life I was involved in sports, so needless to say, my interests are,
- Stock cars
As time passed, I became a home owner and found another hidden talent - who knew?.
- gardening and landscaping, winning awards such as "communities in bloom"
- all aspects of home renovations
- building additions - from permits to completion
- interior design
- learning the ins and outs of adding value to your home
I was born in Montreal in 1958 and later moved to Germany, where I spent a total of 17 years. I moved back to Ontario in 1971 and lived in Ottawa. Then in 1981 moved to Scarborough where I started my on business. By the 90's I was a single dad raising two children. I purchased my first home in Oshawa, moved there with my children and relocated my business.
It was here in Oshawa that I met my wife. She also had a child so I became a step dad as well. We then decided to have one more together. It was at this point we moved to the Kawartha Lakes where we purchased a breathtaking waterfront property. You would think that my plate was full... NOT!!! So we added first one Bernese mountain dog, then his sister, six months later.
I am proud to say that I have a daughter in university, another in college, a son in grade 12 and my youngest girl in SK. I'm not sure what the dogs are planning. If there is anything else you would like to know about me give me a call, I love Timmy's coffee.
