Curb Appeal

It is hard to look at our own house in the same way that potential buyers do, because when we become accustomed to the way something looks to us, we can't see the faults. stop thinking about your property as a home, instead a commodity. You want to sell for the highest value possible.

The next time you are out stop and look  at the neighbours house and the surroundings.

  • what is your first thoughts of the house and property?
  • what are the best features, and how could it be better?
  • what is the worst feature, and how could you make it better?

Always remember that the first impression is what will stand out to any potential buyer.  Little cost can gain high results.
