Personal Interests
Living on Leamington's great waterfront, I love boating and swimming and keep an 18' Sea Doo Jet Boat in my Garage for easy access in case the family wants to go boating, sking and tubing.
Additionally,
- I enjoy all sports, including football, hockey, baseball and golf.
- Enjoy at least one trip to Cottage Country a year with family and of course the Boat!
- Speaking of Hockey, Leamington features a spectacular Sports Complex, Olympic Size Pool and Junior "B" Hockey, while Windsor, only 45 minutes away features first class Junior "A" Hockey.
- Leamington is a reat agricultural City, flanked by HJ Heinz and a huge Greenhouse Industry. As such I enjoy the bounty of the area, with our abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables available.

This particular region is often referred to as the Sun Parlour of Canada surrounded by miles of wonderful shoreline, starting south from the tip of our magnificent Point Pelee National Park on the North Shore of Lake Erie, west to the Detroit River and on to Lake St. Clair. Leamington in particular features the finest Municipal Marina in the area with walkways and promanades for leisurely strolls and visiting. As you may already surmize, I have a fondness for the waterfront and personally live on our great Waterfront between the Marina and Erie Shores Golf Course. As such I specialize in representing Buyers in their search for not only that special property, but also first time home Buyers, and as a Century 21 Real Estate Professional, I am dedicated to providing you with the highest service possible.

Professional/Personal Background
I was born and raised in Leamington and spent all but 6 years in the Leaminton/Essex County Area with the exception of 6 years which were spent in El Paso Texas on an Automotive assignment. Married to my wife - Helen, we have 3 grown Children.
While I have a background in Farming, and the Automotive Business, my passion for years has been Real Estate, which I pursued some seven (7) years ago and have been blessed with a very sucessful career, having attained Century 21's highest award status "CENTURION Producer" for years 2006 and 2007.
My specialty as a Realtor is in Buyer Representation ensuring that my clients receive due diligence, ensuring they procure the best property at the best possible price.
