Regina's economy grew by more than 5% in 2011. This is largely attributed to the capital investment in industry, infrastructure and in housing. Regina recorded $547 million in building permits in 2011.

December Sales break the 200-mark for the first time
Several new highs were set in December 2011 compared to a year ago, based on reports through the Association of Regina REALTORS® MLS® System.
