PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Rose began her real estate career as Customer Service Manager with a Century 21 franchise in 1998.  In no time Rose concentrated on the courses necessary and obtained her real estate license in early 1999 and handled the company's lead generation systems that were in place. After a merger with Century 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc., Rose continued to succeed in helping the sales representatives, their clients and the public with the numerous programs and services available to help in the buying and selling process including the in-house mortgage centre.  Rose then decided to leave the company to pursue her sales career specializing in residential but has since rejoined us, obtained her Broker's license and now is Broker/Manager of our Toronto East Location.

Rose conducts our in-house training for all 5 offices every Mondays.  All classes are not only to help new agents become fully knowledgeable with the tools and systems available to conduct business but also for experienced agents as well.  As we all know, technology is constantly changing and evolving and there are always new ways for agents to perform their duties in an efficient and timely manner.  Rose embraces the ever changing challenges in real estate and thrives on keeping abreast of the latest technology.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Century 21 Leading Edge Realty Inc. is proud to help the community by contributing to the Rough Valley Health System. The generous pledge by our company and its agents helped equip four Care-By-Parent rooms in the Birthing and Newborn Centre at Rouge Valley Centenary. The construction was in the fall of 2008 and the Birthing and Newborn Centre provides expectant mothers and newborns a comfortable and home-like environment for low-risk births while offering immediate access to all the equipment and expertise required for hight risk and more complicated deliveries. Located close to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NCIU), these rooms offer an opportunity for parents to learn how to care for infants who may be premature or suffer from any number of conditions that require specialized attention.
