"Helping People and Homes Find Each Other"

Rosie Siegel

I am Rosie Siegel personal advocate and Real Estate Agent. I decided to become a REALTOR® so that I could help people in what has the potential to be, one of the most stressful times in their lives. I live by the golden rule to “treat others how you would like to be treated” and view each real estate transaction as an entirely unique situation governed by my clients’ individual needs.

Personal Background

As a lifelong resident of Victoria, Rosie can put her insider knowledge to work to find a special property in your neighbourhood of choice. She has lived in Oak Bay, Saanich, Fairfield, Mayfair, and currently resides in a heritage home in James Bay.  Rosie works out of our Queenswood office, in beautiful Cadboro Bay.

Her family business is long time favourite restaurant, Pagliacci’s, in downtown Victoria. Rosie learned the importance of customer satisfaction, hard work, trust, loyalty, and business ethics at an early age through her involvement in the industry. If you offer a great service and show your customers genuine appreciation for their patronage, your reputation will build and speak for itself. There is no better compliment than to be a repeat customer, or to refer your friends and family.

Education

Rosie spent years studying psychology both at The University of Victoria and overseas at The University of Copenhagen, Denmark. In 2007 she finished her studies earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Distinction and went on to travel extensively. Although she cannot read minds, Rosie can offer a greater understanding and appreciation of the emotional complexities that arise when you are engaged in the residential market. It is not always just about dollars and cents, feelings can play a real significant roll whether you are buying or selling a home.

Rosie enjoyed her time studying Real Estate through the Sauder School of Business at The University of British Columbia and after successfully receiving her licence, went on to specialize in Residential Real Estate Trading Services. Her Real Estate education continues to provide her clients with the latest up to date knowledge of the industry and all it's wonderful idiosyncrasies.

Personal Interests

Horses

I have spent most of my life on the back of a horse or picking up after them. I was a competitive dressage rider and very active in the Victoria equine community for many years. These days it is not unheard of me to answer your call when I am astride one of my four legged friends, so don't be alarmed if you hear a neigh in the background.

Travel

I love to travel and have been lucky enough to travel quite extensively, but I have to say, the best part of traveling has got to be returning home to Victoria, I love it here. From driving across Canada to exploring the ancient wonders of Egypt, I have yet to encounter a place quite like Victoria, which is why I am most proud to call our unique city my home.
