Educating the General Public
Yes I was a teacher for 12 years prior to being a realtor. Loved every minute of it until I had my own children.
Then multi-tasking became an issue!
My patience ran a little short for my own children so I prioritzed and left teaching to find a new career that would allow me to have more time at home. That was not happening as I found out very quickly!
I became extemely profficient at understanding my clients and my explanations of agreements of Purchase and Sales was my forte. That is why my explanations of LEGALESE or REALTORESE is easy for my purchasers and sellers to understand and for them to deal with the task at hand!

This was a labor of Love for my OLDEST daughter. She is a very successful at her chosen field of expertise .... Basket Ball ! Playing Basketball for the UNIVERSITY of TORONTO for 5 years gave her the knowledge and the ability to follow through with her dream.
Owner of Elite Basket Ball Camps with many locations all over the GTA for many years , further allowed her the need and ability to give back to the community, where she worked long hard hours.
She started a campaign to help children suffering with Cancer to have a day at one of her facilities at no charge to the parents or their siblings... SWISH FOR THE CURE... She has raised close to $100,000 IN SUPPORT OF THE CHILDHOOD CANCER organization.
The day of the event, I am there with gusto feeding the children, their siblings, their parents/nurses both at snack time and at lunch time. I along with other volunteers, went to The School, Golden Star, Pickle Barrel, Wings and Ribs, Centre Street Deli and many more to pick up their delicious donations.
These restaurants donating all kinds of their wonderful foods made our buffet look like this was the second coming of Christmas. Yes Each child took home many fabulous toys and memories of a day, where they could feel normal and healthy! YES...You could call me ONE VERY PROUD MOTHER!!!

My Sellers see me as STUBBORN and VERY PROTECTIVE of their finances and savings. It took them along time to save for that downpayment. I respect that ability and their savings like I would my own.
