A little while ago I spoke from the perspective of the “BUYER’S AGENT”.

To that end I was brutally honest with regard to the buying Tides changing in the Purchaser’s favour.

My role as a Registered Real Estate agent is to represent my client, effectively, be it my buyer or seller.

In order that my SELLER gets the benefit of my 29 years of expertise, here is a list of commitments that will ensure an efficient, speedy sale of your property. I am aware of the downward movement in the market there are specific strategies that I am prepared to implement to my Seller’s benefit.

 

As For Listing Your Home With Me:

 My Commitment to Each Seller Under My Care Includes:

  • Internet access to your home on several websites.
  • Promoting your home thru VIRTUAL TOURS .
  • Stunning feature sheets professionally created.
  • My “For Sale” sign WILL advertise your home and not primarily ME, the agent.
  • A realistic LISTING price with a fair but certainly NOT prolonged Expiry Date.
  • I won’t offer an overpriced listing price only for the opportunity to list your home. Not only is it not fair to you but it’s unrealistic.
  • I’m not a relative so your questions will never offend me
  • I’ll use a lock box to keep your home available for easy showings
  • You’ll never have to leave your home whenever there is a showing; your feedback of the purchaser’s and other agent’s conversation are important to me. 
  • I’m accessible 100% of the time; communication between you and I is imperative.
