I am devoted to my work which began twenty-nine years ago as a professional choice, blending the skills of my 11 year teaching career with the entrepreneurial aspects of Real Estate. It became a passionate cause for me. I experienced remarkable initial success and had five sales in my first six weeks of being licensed. Consequently the satisfaction and enthusiasm of this work became irresistible to me.

I strongly believe in having projects finished yesterday. I accomplish what I set out to do. To that end, I work 7 days a week and I am always on call to my colleagues and my clients – I am accessible 24/7. I hold open houses every weekend, both Saturday and Sunday (1:30-4:30) in the summer months or (1-4) in the winter months. I am there, rain or shine, no matter the time of year or holiday season. I am always available to listen to what my buyers or sellers have to say. I’m a very approachable person and very empathetic. My communication skills have been and continue to be a hallmark of my professional career.

Due to my firm belief in having weekly open houses that invite prospective purchasers to sample the Real Estate available to them, I rely on a few ‘select’ agents from my office (who are not assistants but qualified Realtors), to assist me in holding some of my open houses. I insist on personally training each and every one of them! I emphasize in my training the importance of the same skill set that I use during my weekend Open Houses. A buyer or seller who works with me gets a well-trained, skilled professional who looks after their Real estate needs effectively. I have a vested interest in the success of both my buyers and my sellers.

I have happily and successfully worked for my broker, Pam Prescott, for a total of 18 years and have accumulated many repeat clients over the past 29 years, who return for their residential and commercial real estate needs. Interior shots present the property with its most distinctive features, emphasizing size and location and all of its positive assets.

My ads are not used to publicize me, but to stimulate personal contact with me. Such contact often results in an Offer to Purchase through me, in effect, my acting as a dual agent results in a reduced commission to the seller.
Centum both qualifies my purchasers and informs me of their credit worthiness. I do not want to waste your time or mine and I want to ensure that every sale closes successfully. My sellers have never been disappointed and have never had a property NOT CLOSE because of poor financing. Business for me comes by way of referrals! My prior successes with both past buyers and sellers have developed a pool of satisfied clients who repeatedly return to me and send me their friends and family members. Selling homes from open houses is my speciality. I generate confidence as well as trust my ability to focus on my potential clients’ requirements and desires renders me an invaluable advocate for their Real Estate needs and ultimately I become “The Family Real Estate Agent”. I also service my contractor/investor clients by finding and selling them their next project. After a short period of time (approximately 3 months) for renovations, I sell the new and improved property well ABOVE market value, setting a new standard for the street and of course, making a healthy profit for the sellers.
