My name is Roy Wang. I am passionate and and enthusiastic about the real estate market in Vancouver. I love my job because I am helping people in one of the most important events of their lives. Whether it is a first condo or a second family home, it’s vital to get the right place. My job is to help you make a good deal which you feel comfortable and happy with, it also makes me feel good when I succeed.
A realtor who really knows the market
I think a good realtor has to stay knowledgeable as to the trends in the real estate market. I’ve been working in the Vancouver area for nearly five years, and I really know this market. And of course it’s not just one market – it’s lots of markets. My background gives me access to the growing number of Asian buyers, I find I can relate well to pretty well everyone, and that gives me an edge in matching up buyers and sellers.
Telling it how it is
It’s also my job to give you the best professional opinion available. Sometimes I have to explain why a purchase is not as good as it looks. Or why you should not accept a particular offer. Of course it’s always your decision, but I’ll always offer you my best advice in your interests as my client.

I aim to be a good listener because it’s vital to have a full and complete understanding of your needs. You don’t want to settle for second best when it comes to a property, and I’ll make sure the deal you reach is the best we can get.
